"We are so grateful that my aunt’s plumber recommended Lee & Sons Building Contractors. My aunt tasked my cousin and me with renovating her home in Seffner, Florida. We had a very tight timeframe due to my aunt's discharge from rehab.
My initial contact was with the owner, Bryon Lee, and his son, Josiah Lee. I remember thinking to myself during the conversation how much compassion they showed for our unique family situation and how they genuinely cared for the well-being of my aunt. We discussed a long “Wishlist” to complete a full renovation of three bedrooms, a great room, an office, a kitchen, and an ADA-compliant bathroom.
Josiah led our project with professionalism and grace. He was always accessible to us throughout the remodeling process, answering our many questions, paying attention to details, and making smart recommendations to ensure that my aunt’s home was functional as well as beautiful.
Josiah oversaw the day-to-day operations, ran an efficient and safe construction site, managed the subcontractors well, and kept an open line of communication throughout the construction process and timeline. If we had a concern, Josiah addressed it immediately, or if we wanted to add to the scope of work, Josiah made it happen and still delivered on time.
I have managed commercial construction sites for developers for 20+ years and was extremely impressed with Lee and Sons Building Contractors' entire operation.Lee and Sons exceeded all expectations. They are fair and honest. They stayed within budget, and the project was completed on time.

"We absolutely love our kitchen! Josiah and his team were professional & respectful throughout our process, and we could not have asked for a better experience. They absolutely made our dreams a reality & this was not a simple renovation.
They took out walls to create an open floor plan in our older, dated home. Our kitchen Reno included removing the popcorn ceiling, painting, installing can lighting, a 10-foot beautiful and functional granite island, cabinetry, finishing our floors, etc.
The communication from Josiah was impeccable! He made certain that my husband and myself were well informed of every step and every decision and choice to be made. They were respectful of our property, clean & all around lovely to be around.
Did I mention how quick Lee and Sons were at completing our project? They finished our kitchen ahead of schedule! Our family now lives in the kitchen, enjoying our family meals & conversations daily!

"We recently hired Lee & Sons Building Contractors to handle three main projects on our property. They remodeled our detached garage to convert it into a music/bonus room, which included removing the drop ceiling, reframing it, and installing a beadboard ceiling with faux wood beams. It also included rewiring, painting, stripping, and sealing the concrete floor. They also constructed a wood deck and replaced (2) exterior doors. I have somewhat of a background in remodeling and handyman work, and I can say that their work ethic is stellar. They were always on time, accommodating, and efficient but not rushed (no shortcuts); they were diligent & thorough, very communicative, and responsive.
